Shipping & Return Policies

Thank you for shopping with TFP Market. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders, how tracking works, and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Order Processing Time

While we strive to ship orders the same day, most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or restocks), processing may take 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Options

We offer the following U.S. shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping — $9.95
  • Applies to all orders under $75.00
  • Express Shipping — $29.95

Faster delivery option via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on availability.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders $75+  Must select at checkout.

Available for U.S. orders only.

 

3. Carriers We Use

Orders may ship via:

  • DHL
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on reliability, speed, and package size.

 

4. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system.

 

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address,
  • an incomplete address, or
  • carrier inability to deliver,
  • the customer is responsible for:
  • reshipping fees, and
  • any carrier return charges.

We cannot refund or replace shipments that cannot be delivered due to address errors.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

For packages that are:

  • lost in transit
  • misdelivered
  • stolen

please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist when possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.

Weather, seasonal delays, and carrier disruptions may affect transit times.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.


8. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • Non-expired
  • Purchased directly from TFP Market

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Final sale items
  • Items past their expiration date
  • Items not purchased from our website
  • Temperature-sensitive items that have been opened

9. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee covers:

  • packaging inspection
  • merchant processing costs
  • product handling and compliance
  • disposal if required

10. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email returns@tfpmarket.com
     with your order number
  • Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back
  • Ship the unopened product to the address provided in your approval email

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept returns sent without prior authorization.

 

11. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds:

  • are issued to the original payment method
  • are processed minus the 15% restocking fee
  • may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank

We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or prepaid gift cards.

 

12. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

 

13. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, it must go through the standard return process and will be subject to the 15% restocking fee.

 

14. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

Please do not send returns to any other address. Returns sent to an unauthorized location may be refused or delayed.
